My wife and I came here today to do some shopping. When we got there her blood sugar dropped very unexpectedly. I walked in to see if they had any candy or drinks and the wonderful woman working immediately recognized that we were in a medical emergency. As they do not sell people snacks only delicious snacks for your animal family members, she immediately went to her own snack stash to see if she had anything. I did not get your name but want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing such kindness to a complete stranger. You are a wonderful human being and I hope your boss sees this and you get a fat raise.

So, I don’t often leave reviews, but this made me so happy I want everyone to know. I took my nine-year-old Shih Tzu to Nature’s Emporium be groomed at the recommendation of my vet. She is not easy about any part of the groom. Hannah did a wonderful job with her. It absolutely made my day. She was so sweet and kind to me as well. I really could not be happier.

I've been a professional groomer for over 15 years and the self service dog wash is AWESOME!!! Everything you need for a clean pup at one price in one place. Great prices , friendly service. I highly recommend. Rebel will be back for his next wash.

They have great prices on food and toys. Good selection of bones and bulk treats too! Gifts and outdoor (yard) items aswell, but a great selection of items for both cats and dogs.

After reading reviews and having a few friends recommend this groomer we gave them a shot. We’ve used Larissa with Petsmart by Target a few times and she’s always done a fantastic job. But this time around since we got off the waitlist for natures emporium we thought they had to be best of the best! We were wrong. I requested a puppy cut with a shaggy face. It took almost 4.5 hours to groom our dog. When I went to get her she was shaved almost naked pictures for comparison. Was told they couldn’t get a brush through her “matting”. I will say I know she had some mats around her collar area and where her harness goes but it has never been a problem for other groomers they also can groom our dog in half the time. Very disappointed in the quality of the grooming her ears are uneven, her skin is showing on her chest and she’s shaved much shorter than I requested. We will now need to go get her a coat for this cold weather. There’s no way it took them 4.5 hours to shave my dog like a sheered sheep. I will never return and I wish I never paid for this service. To add she has been anxious since coming home like she was not treated well this has never been an issue with other groomers. We p
